Power line construction, substation to service drop.

Since 1979, Everhart & Hoover has built distribution, transmission, underground, and substation work for co-ops, municipalities, and utilities across Pennsylvania and surrounding states. The rock drills and hydro-vacs are ours too.

General notes

We started as a single distribution crew with one truck. Owners who know the work from the ground up still run it.
