Before you apply
Lineman work is very physical. You'll need to demonstrate grip strength, upper- and lower-body muscular strength, muscular endurance, and aerobic capacity. The ability to lift items of 112 lbs to a height of 24 inches, lift items weighing up to 74 lbs overhead, and climb poles is essential to our work.
The application asks about your driver's license and commercial driver's license (CDL), education, previous employment, and three references.
