Since 1979, Everhart & Hoover has built distribution, transmission, underground, and substation work for co-ops, municipalities, and utilities across Pennsylvania and surrounding states. The rock drills and hydro-vacs are ours too.

We started as a single distribution crew with one truck. Owners who know the work from the ground up still run it.

Established 1979 in Hustontown, Pennsylvania. Family-owned and field-focused for more than 45 years.
300 completed projects for rural electric co-ops, municipalities, investor-owned utilities, and commercial customers.
30 employees, including 10 drivers, with ongoing training and certification in a fast-changing industry.
Transmission from 46 kV to 138 kV on single wood poles, 2- and 3-pole wood structures, self-supporting concrete, and steel. Substations from 12 kV to 138 kV.
Storm and emergency response 24/7, with an all-wheel-drive fleet ready for inclement conditions.
Pennsylvania and surrounding states. Our hydro-vac fleet works across the Northeast.
